just got home from cannoeing ;) we cannoed 10 miles in less than 2 hours...
its just me and drew, we did it really fast that we left all our groupmates behind haha...
i think we just motivate each other to row harder by looking forward to pass the three bridges because we need to pass three bridges before the end of the trip. wooohooo im proud of myself and drew, were pretty good in rowing hahahaha... but my left hand is sore and i had sunburn..
we went cannoeing from 12;30nn to 2;20pm.
we went kinda late because i thought i was working this morning for a wedding at 9am but the employer didnt call me so im not sure if they were still at her home or they already went to the jobsite, its a 45mins drive from here to the jobsite, i tried to call her at her home phone but nobody answered so since drew dont have class today and i dont have work we just went to adams to cannoed and it turned out to be a real fun stuff! :)

our wedding day ;)

i have my interview for hilton hotel that day, i was up really early so i could prepare my hair and iron my clothes that im
gonna wear for the interview but i was so upset when the iron that weve just bought the other day did not function well.
so i have no choice but to wear my unironed clothes in the interview.arggghhh!!!
but anyway my interview would be at 10am, and since it was only 8;45am we decided to drop by at the county clerk office to get our marriage liscence and then, after we fill out the forms
we headed to the window and the attendant asked us if we want to have the wedding that day since the judge is not so busy, we are already there and its free!
drew and i was kinda unsure about it but well were already there so were just 'OK SURE' ;)
to make the long story short, we get married that day,
that moment, with no witnesses, with drew wearing a flip flops and shorts, unprepared. haha (good thing we have our rings in the car)
so yeah after 20 minutes or so were finally married! :) we went to hilton for my interview, after that we went to starbucks to have a sip of toffeenut frap,
then we went back to the apartment so drew could change clothes because he need to work at 1pm. while waiting for him, i fell asleep and around 4pm he
arrived with a freshly picked flowers for me.. awww what a sweet moment! i just love that day! =)

my first day at Tennessee =)

drew was off last Sunday, we went to the furniture place to check out some of the furniture that we are going to need in the future when we have our own
place. for now we don't have enough money to buy those but at least we have the idea on how much the designs that we want will costs.
we also plan things that we need to get first,and now i clearly understand how hard it is to start a new family, we really need to plan everything,
we need to save money and think what to get first without others help. this kind of lifestyle is kinda new for me since i grew up with my family
by my side,with my grandparents who always there to supply me with everything i need, with my parents who always support my financial needs, with my friends
who gives me moral support. now i know that i don't have my family or friends here and the only person i have with me is drew. he's my only family and
we only have each other. though his family is helping us with some things, in the end we are the only person who will going to build this family.
i am just hoping that everything will fall into the right places. for now, all i know is i am happy to start my life with him.

im finally HOME =)
SATURDAY, MAY 23, 2009
i woke up at 6am and start counting down for 9:40am... i keep myself busy, i ate breakfast at mc donalds for an hour, went back to the waiting area onmy flight gate and counting down the hours. at around 9:15am we started to board, i was so happy! i slept the whole flight and landed to nashville airportsafely, i was really excited and happy. then drew sent me a message and told me to meet him on the frontier check in area. i looked left and right andthere he is! in a green shirt with my bags smiling at me. i run to him and gave him a big hugg and kiss, it feels so good that finally after the long wait,i know that im HOME with him!!! =)
since we are both hungry we decided to stop by at PF CHANGS before driving home to clarksville and had our first meal together. (after i officially moved in to TN) that was the first day weve seen each other after a month and its pretty obvious that we really missed eachother. we drove from nashville to clarksville holding hands, kiss once awhile and with his body near to mine. then we got to the apartment, we start toclean up our room, arranged our clothes, and put the furniture onto the proper places.
after that we went to his grandparents place, for the first time imet his lovely nephews sawyer and elijah, they are soo cute and sweet. sawyer is very cheerful, outspoken and really cool young man, while elijah is a shy,quiet, sweet young man. they are really adorable!!! had a small talk with grandma then we headed to the playground where drew and sawyer played baseball.i can see that theyre really having fun, i am happy to see them with a smile on their face and hapiness in their eyes.

i missed my flight =c

i woke up friday morning with a big smile on my face.its friday! the day that ive been waiting for. i walked out of the room, i saw grandma staring at me with a sad face, hug me with teary eyes, and whisper "were always here in case it will not work",i hugged back and think about what she just said. im worried on what life Tennessee will going to offer me but excited to start my new life with the man i truly love. this is the moment of truth, i know what i want and im willing to turn to the other pathbecause i know deep in my heart that i will be more happy and contented in this path i choose to go.so i prepare myself,prepare evrything that i need because ill be heading to the airport in a moment.
i got at the airport safely around 5:30pm, edlyn and mama clarita helped me out with my things,we rushed to the southwest airlines check in counter but it was jampacked!we waited in the line for 30minutes,im afraid that im gonna miss my flight but i never lose hope,so after checking in the luggage we run to the security area and saw a double jampacked! and now i lose my hope, its clear for me that im gonna miss myflight,im not gonna see drew tonight and im gonna spend the rest of the night in the airport to wait for the next flight.
THEN i heard that the nashville flight in frontier airlines is delayed so i take my chance, i rushed from concourse C to Concourse A barefoot andwent to their customer service counter and stay on the line for more than an hour, but after talking to the agent the sun in my heart turns to a rain.so i went back to concourse C and wait for 12hours for my flight. i was so upset, frustrated, and disappointed. i tried to sleep uncomfortably on thechair. and looked forward for the flight after 12 hours.

they caught me by their MAGIC =)
These past few days my attention was caught up by some movies that is mainly about "MAGIC", last Friday we went to 'best buy' because Drew's keyboard was messed up and we need to grab a new one for him to start studying for his upcoming test on Monday, since its 10 in the evening i am not in the mood of going somewhere but i still go with him hoping to get some good dvd movie. so after we picked a good kind of wireless keyboard, we start looking around for a movie, i tried to check on the horror section but i really dont like what they have there so i keep on looking, after a couple of minutes Drew handed me the movie 'THE PRESTIGE', i havent seen that movie and im not really sure if its good or not, but since its a Hugh Jackman movie we decided to give it a try, and after watching the movie i definitely like it.
its mainly about a rivalry between two magician. Robert Angier which is hugh jackman and Alfred Borden which is Christian Bale, Angier wants to know the secret or tricks of Borden and how he perform the tricks effortless and flawless. Angier is willing to do everything and spend every money he have just to know the secret of Borden and to prove to him and to the people that he is the best Magician. he sent his lover Olivia (Scarlet Johanson) to Borden to be a spy on how Borden do his trick but olivia ended up falling in love with the 'other borden' and he also payed a big amout of money to one of the guy to make something for him to help him do one of his tricks (the transported man) which is originally a magic trick from Borden. this movie is very nice and very surprising. although i dont like the flashback thing which makes the movie very confusing but i still think that this movie is a good movie that im gonna recommend to my family and friends.

HAVAIANAS AND MOFFATTS
from a very long,tiring,and unsuccessful day, i got home at around 9pm last night and i was freaking shocked as well as excited when i saw 2 packages on my cabinet!
one's from arezo: where i bought a pair of slim season havaianas and the other one's from maya: a friend from indonesia who sent me moffatts stuffs which includes a magazine,poster,and a cd weheeee.. i was like omg! this isnt a bad day after all hehehe,
